Our History
Shelly Group is a European international IoT technology company with six subsidiaries worldwide and operations spanning more than 100 countries and regions.
2003
Teracomm Ltd. focused on innovation in mobile communications.
2005
Tera Communications operated carrier billing solutions, including platforms and services.
2012
Allterco AD was established as the holding company integrating all affiliated businesses.
2013
The Internet of Things (IoT) division was established.
2015
AlltercoRobotics was established to design innovative products for the Shelly and MyKi brands.
2016
Listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol Allterco A4L.
2018
The first Shelly products were launched globally.
2019
Strategic shift: European telecommunications operations were sold and operations in the US market were expanded through Shelly USA.
2021
A secondary listing took place in Frankfurt, and Shelly Smart Home (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established as Shelly Asia.
2023
The Shelly Pro series was launched, expanding into energy management and professional markets.
2024
The company was officially renamed Shelly Group AD to highlight the leading role of the Shelly brand.
2025
Shelly Group SE exceeded a market capitalization of USD 1 billion, opened an office in Poland, and expanded its global presence to 11 countries, including Germany, Bulgaria, and China. Technology and R&D employees account for 65% of the workforce. The company operates in more than 100 countries and regions, has sold a cumulative 28.8 million Shelly devices, and achieved annual revenue of RMB 4.1 billion.
